Penny is the owner and founder of the law firm where I work, Bacchus Corporate and Securities Law in Vancouver, BC.
As the owner and manager of Bacchus, Penny leads a team of ten legal professionals providing US and Canadian securities legal services. Penny has taken many companies public in the US and oversees all aspects of the going public process for her clients, from initial corporate structure through to listing on a senior exchange such as the NYSE Alternext.
